You must be attending first year of any course at 91ÖÆÆ¬³§ Limerick or 91ÖÆÆ¬³§ Thurles to avail of 91ÖÆÆ¬³§ Accommodation. Viewings can be arranged by appointment.

St Patrick’s On-campus Accommodation Booking Form

Applications for St Patrick’s On-campus Accommodation are now closed.

What happens next?

  • Completed booking forms will be added to our list as they are received. We will then send a short email (to the email address on the form) confirming receipt of your form. Please ensure that your form is fully completed, as it will not be processed otherwise.
  • If you do not receive the short confirmation email, please contact the Accommodation Office at 061 302500.

All booking forms will then be entered into a lottery that will be drawn in January 2026.
 

Courtbrack Accommodation - 91ÖÆÆ¬³§ Limerick

  • The first 80 booking forms drawn out for Courtbrack Accommodation will be emailed with a date to call the Accommodation Office for payment details to transfer a deposit. If we don't hear from you on the date specified in the email your booking form will be added to the waiting list with no deposit paid.
    Please note: We will only email the email address on the booking form.
  • Applicants who are unsuccessful at this time will receive an email that they have been placed on the waiting list with no deposit paid.


St Patrick’s Campus Accommodation - 91ÖÆÆ¬³§ Thurles

  • The first 55 booking forms drawn out for St Patrick’s Campus Accommodation will be emailed with a date to call the Accommodation Office for payment details to transfer a deposit.  If we don't hear from you on the date specified in the email your booking form will be added to the waiting list with no deposit paid.
    Please note:  We will only email the email address on the booking form.
  • Applicants who are unsuccessful at this time will receive an email that they have been placed on the waiting list with no deposit paid.

Please note: If you do not receive a confirmation email regarding your application, please contact the Accommodation Office at 061 302500 to confirm that your form has been received and processed accordingly.

What to do when you get your Leaving Cert results

You must contact the Accommodation Office at 061 302500 on the day of the Leaving Certificate results and again on the day you receive your CAO offer.

Please note: If we do not hear from you by phone on both of these dates, we will not hold a room for you if one is/becomes available. The phone lines will be open from 9.30am to 9.30pm on both days. Phone lines are expected to be busy, so please keep trying. 

  • Rooms cannot be held for second round offers or rechecks. All bookings must be for the full academic year. Students and their guarantor will be required to sign a Licence Agreement for this period (a copy of the Licence Agreement is available on request).
  • Booking cancellations caused by (1) A failure to secure qualification points to study at 91ÖÆÆ¬³§, or (2) You are on the waiting list and a room cannot be offered, will incur an administrative charge of €100. Cancellations for any other reason will result in the complete forfeit of the €850 deposit. Please find the breakdown of the booking/security deposit on the 91ÖÆÆ¬³§ Student Accommodation page.

Note: The breakdown of the booking/security deposit is as follows:

  1. A security/damage deposit of €250 refundable, minus damages and missing items etc. at the end of the academic year.
  2. A non-refundable utilities charge of €600. This covers the cost of electricity, refuse collection, housekeeping service, television etc.

  • You can either go onto the deposit paid list (subject to availability) or the waiting list with no deposit paid (also subject to availability). Please indicate on the booking form if you wish to go onto the no deposit list.
  • If you wish to pay a deposit (subject to availability) please call the 91ÖÆÆ¬³§ Accommodation Office from 9.30am, Wednesday 23 October. Your form must be received on or before 5pm on Tuesday 22 October. If we are still taking deposits when you call we will give you the last few numbers of the bank account details to transfer the deposit to and your unique booking number (UBN) which you must use as an identifier when transferring the deposit. Please note your form has to be on the system in order to generate your UBN.
  • All completed bookings will be confirmed by email as soon as we receive your deposit payment or you have indicated that you want to be on the no deposit list. If you don't receive your confirmation email please contact the Accommodation Office.
