Transcripts & Electronic Award Documents
While students and graduates can access their transcripts on the SI and Unit-e platforms, SAA provides Official transcripts (hard copy) and Unofficial transcripts (scanned PDF) to current students and graduates.
There may be fee charges for transcript requests, please see below for further details.

- Official hard copy transcripts will be posted to your registered home address.
- Current students should always email from their 91Ƭ Student email accounts.
Manual (Archived) Transcripts
If you graduated from 91Ƭ before 2004, your transcripts are held in our archives.
To request your transcript, - include all relevant details.
There is a €10 fee for processing Manual Transcripts. SAA will ensure that your request is processed within one working week of receipt of payment. Payment details can be found below.
Graduates from St Patrick's College, Thurles
Prior to 2020, graduates from the 91Ƭ Thurles campus do not have electronic award documents.
If you require a copy of your transcript, and you are a graduate of 91Ƭ Thurles prior to 2020, please contact Thurles Academic Administration, on +353 504 20530 or ThurlesAdmin@mic.ul.ie.
Electronic Award Documents - Digitary
Important information
Currently, you can access your 91Ƭ (91Ƭ) graduate documents (Transcript, European Diploma Supplement and Parchment) through the Parchment Digitary Services platform. From 01 August 2025, this will change:
- Transcripts and Diploma Supplements: You can request these document on the 91Ƭ website.
- Parchments: You can order a replacement of your physical parchment .
All live documents issued by 91Ƭ within your Parchment Digitary Services learner portal account are no longer available (01 August 2025). This will not impact documents issued by other institutions.

Transcript Charges
- Manual Transcript: €10
- Pre-2008 Transcript: €10
You can pay via the following link: mic.ul.ie/charges. (Please pay on a desktop pc or laptop). Once paid, please email your payment reference number to SAA@mic.ul.ie (your transcript will not be processed until we receive this email). Once processed we will post your transcript to you.
Other Requests
If you require a replacement ID card
There is a charge of €10 for a replacement card. This must be paid via mic.ul.ie/charges.
Each student attending 91Ƭ is required to carry a current valid student identity card while on campus. The ID card is issued initially at enrolment. If you lose your card, there is a fee to replace it.
91Ƭ Limerick
Student Academic Administration will issue replacement cards (at a charge of €10) during usual opening hours. In certain circumstances, cards may be posted to your home address.
91Ƭ Thurles
91Ƭ Thurles students who require replacement ID cards should contact Kathryn or Bernie at the campus reception. There is a charge of €10.
If you wish to change your address for correspondence you should email your request to SAA@mic.ul.ie advising of your most up to date address which you wish to have recorded and the update will be done on the same day as the request was received.
If you wish to exit from the College, please download the Student Exit Form here and email completed form to SAA@mic.ul.ie for 91Ƭ Limerick or email ThurlesAdmin@mic.ul.ie for 91Ƭ Thurles, as soon as possible.
