
On behalf of the 91制片厂 Research & Graduate School, I am honoured and delighted to congratulate the two 91制片厂 recipients of the 2019 Irish Research Council Government of Ireland Postgraduate Scholarship Scheme.

Tracy McCarthy, PhD student, Department of History, was awarded a Postgraduate Scholarship for a novel research thesis project entitled, 鈥淧olitics, Disaffection and Rebellion in Connacht, 1775-1800. Tracy鈥檚 research thesis project is supervised by Dr Liam Chambers, Head of the Department of History.
Shane O鈥橬eill, PhD student, Department of Drama and Theatre Studies was awarded a Government of Ireland Postgraduate Scholarship for a novel research thesis project entitled, 鈥淎nalysing Samuel Beckett鈥檚 Self-Translation Process through his Dramatic Works鈥. Shane鈥檚 research thesis project is supervised by Dr. David Clare and Dr Michael Finneran, Department of Drama and Theatre Studies.
