Introduction to 91ÖÆÆ¬³§ for Mature Students
In keeping with the spirit of the festival 'Discover Lifelong Learning 2026' we would like to welcome you on campus to hear about the Mature Student experience. You will learn about the courses, student life and financial assistance from staff and lecturers but also about lived college experience from current mature students. Tea, coffee and pastries will be served after the information session.

Borborbor Drum, Song & Dance
Join us for a vibrant 91ÖÆÆ¬³§ Student Performance of Borborbor, a traditional Ewe drum-dance from Ghana. The performance will be followed by an open participatory drumming, singing and dancing workshop. Open to all ages with no previous musical experience needed. Instruments are provided and entry is free. This event is being hosted in collaboration with the 91ÖÆÆ¬³§ Music Department and Enterprise and Community Engagement Committee.

Fun Maths Activities
Are you a primary or secondary school teacher that is interested in maths? At this workshop, we will provide sample activities, ideas, methodologies and practical advice that teachers can use to enhance their maths classes. Don't miss this opportunity to meet like-minded teachers and share your experience in teaching creative problem solving!

91ÖÆÆ¬³§ Community Choir, Open Rehearsal
This event is an opportunity for those who have always wished to sing in a choir to participate in one of 91ÖÆÆ¬³§ Community Choir's regular lunchtime rehearsals. Singers who are members of other choral groups are also welcome to participate. The event will feature relaxation and warm-up exercises, exercises to develop musicianship, and will introduce participants to the experience of singing in parts with others. Come, join us and have some fun! Refreshments will be provided after the rehearsal.

Little Explorers - Discover STEM through play (parents & toddlers)
Parents will join a short learning segment at the end, offering easy ideas for supporting STEM at home using everyday materials, along with practical tips for encouraging curiosity, problem solving and early learning through play.
Maximum number of 20 people. Refreshments available. For parents and children under 6. This event is a collaboration between CRAFT Maker Space, 91ÖÆÆ¬³§ and Croom Family Resource Centre.

Wearing Identity: The Psychology of Fashion & Self Belonging
Clothing is never just clothing. In this interactive workshop, we will explore how what we wear (from outfits to tattoos and jewellery) reflects and shapes identity, confidence and belonging, both socially and within ourselves. Held in the Captains’ Room at the Hunt Museum and drawing inspiration from the Sybil Connolly collection, this session considers the deeper meanings stitched into our wardrobes.

End-of-Year Visual Arts Exhibition
This student exhibition celebrates the creativity and leadership of final year Visual Art students, showcasing work inspired by storytelling, mindfulness, and STEAM informed interdisciplinary learning. Through reflective and imaginative practices, students highlight the role of visual art in supporting wellbeing, curiosity, and connected learning.
